When an accident occurs, a wide range of scientific and technical skillsets are often needed to understand what happened and why. In this video, ESi Principal Gary Rogers, M.S.M.E., P.E. walks us through the investigation and reconstruction of an accident involving a commercial truck which rolled over as it was transporting logs from a timber site. No one witnessed the accident, but ESi was able to rapidly assemble a team with expertise in accident investigation, biomechanics, and medicine to reconstruct the sequence of events and provide insights into the highest probable cause of injury.
